Anything IT related. At Mnemonix, we are strategically staffed (engineers, senior engineers, techs, etc) to assist with any of your business's needs.
What kind of contract or commitments do we have to make to get started?
Our company does not lock clients into contracts unless we were to bring a client on board for free, giving low rates, etc. We only ask that our clients sign an agreement for services.
I can handle my IT in-house. Why would I want to pay you to do it?
We understand that this may be the case for certain businesses. With that being said, it is similar to working with a home improvement contractor. You need Mnemonix because we have the right tools for the job that will help to allow for you to focus on other priorities within your business's day-to-day operations.

Where our office is closed on major holidays, we offer extended support hour options which allows end users to contact us in case of any emergency.
